Our extensive knowledge and dedication has built a solid reputation for quality apples, juice, and maple syrup among clients, grocery stores and distributors across the region.

Our History

The tradition began in 1904, with a mixed farming operation comprised of dairy cattle and maple syrup. Now, the Stevenson family farm has been producing quality apples, apple juice and maple syrup for over 100 years.

The first orchard was planted in 1905 and consisted of just six acres of standard trees. Eventually, Aberdeen Angus beef cattle also became an important part of the farm from the 1940s to the early 2000s.

Six generations later, we are perfecting apple and maple production using sustainable practices including; ecological methods, natural techniques and organic products that work in harmony with our environment, so we can bring quality produce to our family, friends and clients.

Our cooperative partnerships have provided us with the opportunity to become a leading grower of the SweeTango® variety - popular for it’s outstanding flavour and remarkably loud crunch!

We are constantly evolving and improving our practice and producing several new varieties of apples.

An apple’s crunch and taste profiles are created equal, that is why we have worked hard to produce a taste experience for everyone! Honeycrisp offers a fine balance of sweetness and acidity. A family farm with a focus

Over the years, our expertise in apple and maple syrup production has become our focus. Our orchard acreage has also increased substantially, with high density planting and several new dwarf varieties including Honeycrisp and SweeTango®. Apple juice has always been a complimentary favourite and is available fresh, throughout the autumn season.

Our from 100% pure natural maple syrup is produced in late winter and early spring. Natural Maple sap is quickly gathered and boiled to perfection with NO artificial ingredients.
